Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries:

The Gulf Health Council (GHC) States has launched this program to do a Pre-departure Medical Examination of expatriates in their home countries to assess their health fitness and assure that they are free from infectious and other diseases in order to protect GCC nationals from different health hazards.
Please Note:
1) Documents required: Original Passport + photocopy and 8 passport size photos blue background for Oman and white background for all other countries.
2) For the Saudi Arabia Visa number, Visa date, and Mofa number are required.
3) For Kuwait original Visa is required.
